IN COOPERATION WITH ROSCHIER VP TEAM ADVISED DDM DEBT WITHIN THE EMISSION OF BONDS WORTH 50 MILLION EURO
Vukovic & Partners Law Firm, in cooperation with famous Nordic law firm Roschier, was acting as advisor for our joint client, Swedish company DDM Debt AB (publ), a part of DDM Group, within the emission procedure of senior secured bonds worth 50 million euro, within a total framework amount of 160 million euro, on the Swedish bond market, listed at Nasdaq Stockholm.
In terms of this transaction, Vukovic & Partners Law Firm was engaged in order to prepare a Serbian law governed pledge agreements related with securities provided under Serbian law, drafting all of the documents required in relation to perfection of security and its registration within competent authorities in Republic of Serbia, as well as for issuing a legal opinion regarding the enforceability of the security documents prepared for the security agent and investors.
