VP Law Firm advised its client on the conclusion of the Agreement on Receivable Purchase
VP law firm recently, as a legal advisor, participated in the process of conclusion of the Agreement on the purchase of receivables between the company ODM Asset ltd Podgorica and Porsche Leasing ltd Podgorica. As it was a high nominal value agreement, it required thorough involvement of our colleagues in all stages of the procedure.
The company ODM Asset, a company that professionally deals with the purchase of receivables, required advising on preparation of an agreement that will ensure that the rights and obligations of the contracting parties are defined in the clearest and most detailed way that would ensure legal security and consistent implementation of the agreement.
