We are proud to announce that our colleague, Kristina Jovanović, has been promoted to the position of Senior Attorney.

Kristina is a valued member of our team, and through her expertise, dedication, and professional approach, she embodies the values we uphold at VP.

Kristina graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade, in 2017. She passed the bar exam in 2021 and joined the VP team, where she has continued to build her career within the Banking and Finance department. She has gained extensive experience in providing legal support to domestic and international financial institutions and investors. In addition, she has been involved in numerous corporate and investment transactions, advising clients throughout the entire transaction process and providing practical and business-oriented legal solutions.
