SUCCESSFUL COMPLETITION OF ONE PART OF THE PROJECT

Privatization Agency of Serbia has successfully finalized the sale of two out of three assets entities in the process of restructuring the company Ikarbus JSC Belgrade, where Societe Generale Bank Serbia and Vuković & Partners were joint advisers of Privatization Agency. Given that the project is formed of several stages, it is expected to successfully complete the remaining third assets entity. The value of this transaction up until now is approximately EUR 2,000,000.00.
