Elected members of the presidency of NALED’s Alliance for Property and Investment

Members of NALED’s Alliance for Property and Investment have elected new leaders of this body.

The candidates who received the largest number of votes for the presidency are the director of MK Group Jovan Purar, the founder and leading partner of the Vukovic & Partners Law firm Dejan Vukovic, and the director of the legal affairs department at Erste Bank Nikola Lapcevic. Mr. Jovan Purar was elected President of the Association, while the Vice Presidents are Mr. Dejan Vukovic and Mr. Nikola Lapcevic.

Some of the goals of the Alliance that were achieved in the previous period are the introduction of a one-stop-shop system for registration in the cadaster, the implementation of electronic sales in enforcement proceedings, the abolition of the seal, the improvement of corporate governance, inclusion of bankruptcy creditors in the selection and dismissal of the bankruptcy trustee. The new leadership will undoubtedly continue to contribute to the Alliance’s results through joint activities, as well as to assist its future initiatives.
