The fourth session of this year’s Alliance for Property and Investments was held
The online session of the Alliance for Property and Investments, a professional working body of NALED, was held on Tuesday, December 1, 2020. The special guests of this session were Mr. Mihajlo Živković, Advisor to the Prime Minister of the Republic of Serbia for legal issues, as well as Mr. Miloš Bjelanović, Head of the Second Instance Department of the RGA.
The session was opened by one of the vice presidents of the Association, the founder and managing partner of the Vukovic & Partners Law firm, Mr. Dejan Vukovic.
Topics discussed at the session were:
- Adoption of the Alliance Action Plan for the period 2020/22;
- Presentation of the results of a survey conducted among local self-government units on the legalization procedure in Serbia, based on which it is evident that the existing legal deadline for completion of legalization will not be met, that digitalization of the legalization procedure is necessary and more people engaged in resolving cases;
- Presentation of novelties in the work of the RGA and discussed with members how to register in the cadastre in terms of different types of registration;
- Members pointed out that the conversion of land for a fee is a great burden on the domestic economy, which only slows down further development and investment, which is why the state suffers the most;
After the election session, the Alliance had a number of activities and initiatives, and it was structurally strengthened with four new members of the Alliance.
The Presidency of the Association co-opted a new member into the Presidency in accordance with the Rules of Procedure, so on behalf of the Business Registers Agency, Ms. Tanja Vukotić Marinković was elected Vice President of the Association.
