„Breach of Special duties: Between theory and practice“
The Faculty of Law of the University of Belgrade was held on 26th April 2023 panel discussion on “Breach of Special duties: Between theory and practice” organized by the European Law Students Association – ELSA.
VP law firm participated in the panel discussion, as one of the organizers and sponsors of this event. Attorneys at law from our law firm, Igor Joksovic and Nikola Hanzek, together with prof. Dr. Jelena Lepetic, introduced students with a topic which is rarely represented in practice and thus enabled them to expand their knowledge in the field of company law. Students have had opportunity to find out what are special duties pursuant to the Companies law, who are persons who have special duties, court protection in case of breach of special duties, and to hear from our attorneys at law what court proceedings look like in practice concerning the mentioned topic.
