On 21 November 2023, the Foreign Investors Council (FIC) presented its 2023 White Book at Belgrade’s Hyatt Hotel. This high-profile investors’ guide, published annually for two decades, is not just a document, but a symbol of dedication to improving the Serbian business environment.

Over the course of 20 years, the White Book has grown from a comprehensive set of recommendations for reform to a strong pillar of support for economic growth and a better standard of living for Serbians. It is written by FIC members, which now include VP Law Firm.

Our legal experts from the Banking and Finance and Real Estate and Construction Departments made major contributions to producing the 2023 White Book, focusing particularly on bankruptcy, financial consumer protection, and the construction industry. This engagement is proof of our unwavering commitment to achieving the highest standards in the legal framework.
