On 16th October 2024, Jelisaveta Janić, Partner and Head of the Banking and Finance Department, participated in the AMCA (Association of Companies for Asset Management and Debt Recovery of Bosnia and Herzegovina) conference panel in Sarajevo, where a discussion on licensing NPL companies took place.

At this panel, moderated by Petar Mrkonjić, Director of Eos Matrix BiH, Jelisaveta, together with Matija Arapović, President of the HUAN Association (Croatian Association of Debt Collection Agencies) and Board Member of FENCA (Federation of European National Collection Associations), Josipa Višnjić, Head of the Compliance Department at Eos Matrix Croatia, and Edin Bunjo, shared her experiences regarding the licensing process and insights from the Montenegrin market.

The discussion illuminated some key challenges and opportunities related to licensing claim collection companies, thus raising important questions for the future development of this sector.
