The panelists focused on business digitalization, Serbia’s accession to SEPA (Single Euro Payments Area) and the development of open banking, as well as challenges in enforcement procedures. In addition, these discussions included how digitalization can improve processes, especially through remote client identification and electronic contract signing – topics such as electronic promissory notes and the regulatory framework facilitating business operations were also addressed.
This forum, which brought together over 500 participants, once again highlighted the importance of networking and experience exchange among legal professionals from across the region, creating a space for further legal practice development and the implementation of innovations critical to the sector’s future advancement and shaping the legal future of the Western Balkans.
