At the regular annual session of the Assembly of the Association of Lawyers in Commerce of the Republic of Serbia, our Managing Partner, Predrag Miladinović, was elected as a member of the Managing Board of this esteemed professional association. This nomination represents a significant recognition of Predrag Miladinović’s contributions to the legal profession and his longstanding efforts in the implementation of law in the business environment.

Founded in 1992, the Association of Lawyers in Commerce of the Republic of Serbia is the oldest professional organization of business-oriented legal experts in Serbia. For over three decades, the Association has been dedicated to preserving tradition and advancing legal standards through cooperation with experts, organizing annual conferences, panel discussions, and promoting legal values in commerce.

The Association’s plans for the upcoming year aim for even more ambitious efforts to achieve its goals, with a specific emphasis on promoting a culture of compliance in the business sector.
