On 9^th September, 2025, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Serbia hosted a thematic session of the Parliament of Businessmen, where one of the key topics for company operations was discussed – problematic receivables and their positioning as an asset rather than a burden for companies.

Representatives from our law firm participated in the session, along with the company ODM Collections and the director of Fin Team Center, Isidora Stojanov. The discussion focused on practical aspects of improving the receivables management process in the business sector.

During the presentation, several key steps were highlighted that enable companies to transform problematic receivables into a strategic advantage:

• Analysis and segmentation of receivables
• Internal process optimization
• External solutions
• Risk management and prevention

This important initiative will continue through a series of thematic sessions to be held across Serbia in the coming months. The next stop is Subotica, where a meeting with entrepreneurs from the North Bačka Administrative District will be held on 18^th September, 2025.
