Isidora holds a law degree from Belgrade University Faculty of Law. She complemented her formal education by attending a variety of HR-related training courses, and gained a wealth of experience in HR management at an HR agency and then a large Serbian corporation.

Isidora also worked as a PR manager whilst at university, which allowed her to hone her communications and organisational skills. She joined the VP team in March 2022.
