Vukovic & Partners Law Firm advised DDM Debt Management ltd, a part of DDM Group, in process of acquisition of portfolio containing secured and unsecured SME receivables in Serbia from a leading bank in the region. Gross collection value of the portfolio amounts to approximately 15 million euro.
