THE 3RD SESSION OF THE ASSEMBLY OF THE ASSOCIATION FOR PROPERTY AND URBANISM OF NALED WAS HELD
The Alliance for Real Estate and Urbanism of the National Alliance for Local Economic Development (NALED), whose vice president is Dejan Vukovic, founder and managing partner of Vukovic and Partners Law Firm, held its third regular annual Assembly Session. Along with Dejan Vukovic, Law Firm Vukovic and Partners was represented by Predrag Miladinovic, partner and manager of the Banking and Finance department.
The NALED Association for Real Estate and Urbanism is in charge of improving the system of issuing building permits, cadastre registration procedures, protection of property and rights thereto, and activities to align business entities with changes to the applicable regulations in the field of property and legal relations.
Representatives of the Law Firm Vukovic and partners, together with the President of the Chamber of Public Executives, Ms. Alexandra Tresnjev, presented to the attendees key changes to the Law on Enforcement and Security, which were implemented in the Law at the initiative of the Alliance. The initiative of members for inclusion in the work of the Ministry of Justice on passing by-laws, which should follow the implementation of the Law on Enforcement and Security, as well as for inclusion in the work of the Government Working Group on Mediation, was also presented.
The session also highlighted the problems that the economy and citizens face when filing a request with the Republic Geodetic Authority via E-counter, the problems of selling real estate that are in the process of legalization and the impact of this problem on slowing down and increasing the cost of bankruptcy proceedings, as well as on the current the issue of compensation for the conversion of the right of use to the right of ownership of construction land.
The members of the Alliance agreed on further professional activities to resolve the problems identified.
