TELFA FALL CONFERENCE IN BELGRADE

Vukovic and Partners Law firm will have the honour to host TELFA (Trans European Law Firm Alliance) Fall Conference from 7th till 9th of November. On that occasion guests of Belgrade and our firm are going to be attorneys at law, representatives from the European countries law firms’ members of TELFA. The main topic at the conference is going to be NPL, account receivables and distressed assets – ideas and know how on approach and treatment.

Panelists on this subject are going to be Peteris Kadiss, Managing Director, LynxCap Group AG; Marko Mićanović, Head of Restructuring SBERbank; Zaric Aleksandar, Business Environment Director, USAID Cooperation for Growth Project and panel discussion is going to be moderated by Dejan Vukovic, managing partner at the Vukovic and partners Law firm. Guests at this panel are also going to be Marin Gligo, Managing Director at ODM Collections, Nenad Vidić, CEO at Ocean ThinkIT doo and Irena Ilin, Managing director at Ocean Evaluation services.

On the second day of the conference along with the regular meetings of the working bodies of this association, panel discussion with the subject “Young and in Law” will be organized for the law students. Future attorneys in law will have an opportunity to find out: how does attorney’s day look like in London, Oslo, Vilnius and Belgrade, what is expected of them as a young professionals, is the selection process different in Serbia from other European counties, how are legal trainees learning and contributing at the same time, how do law firms nourish trainees and how do they keep trainees from competition and more.

Panelists in this discussion are going to be: Dejan Vukovic, managing partner of the Vukovic and Partners Law Firm, Richard Isham (Wedlake bell, Great Britain), who is also TELFA President, Lina Šikšniutė-Vaitiekūnienė (LEXTAL, Lituania) and Tom Eivind Haug (Advokatfirmaet Sverdrup Sverdrup Sverdrup, Norway).
