TELFA FALL CONFERENCE HELD IN BELGRADE

During the TELFA General meeting held on the 2nd day of the TELFA Fall conference in Belgrade some of the topics discussed were the TELFA road map, coverage and memberships, future activities, practice groups meetings, webinars and how to create additional value for member firms and their clients through trust, excellence, collaboration and creativity.

On the same day in the scope of the TELFA Fall Conference we have organized a panel discussion “Young and in law”. Law students from the Faculty of Law at the Belgrade University had an opportunity to find out: how does attorney’s day look like in London, Oslo, Vilnius and Belgrade, what is expected of them as a young professionals, is the selection process different in Serbia from other European counties, how are legal trainees learning and contributing at the same time, how do law firms nourish trainees and how do they keep trainees from competition and more.

Richard Isham (Wedlake bell, Great Britain), who is also TELFA President, Lina Šikšniutė-Vaitiekūnienė (LEXTAL, Lituania), Tom Eivind Haug (Advokatfirmaet Sverdrup Sverdrup Sverdrup, Norway) and Dejan Vukovic, managing partner of the Vukovic and Partners Law Firm took part in the panel discussion.
