The Business Lawyers Association of the Republic of Serbia and it’s publication “Law and Economy” hosted on-line conference on 21st December 2021, on topic: “Business Law reform”, in which, in addition to numerous experts and professors from the Faculty of Law – University of Belgrade, Vukovic & Partners Law Firn also took part as a panelist, by presenting a paper on “Marriage contract as a subject of refutation by creditors”. The paper was presented by Attorney at Law, Jelena Plamenac, author of the Article of the same name, published in the 4th edition of the publication “Law and Economy”.
