Stronger teams look forward to new successes

Notwithstanding the challenges posed by the health crisis, in 2021 we were able to maintain our volume of operations and continue providing unparalleled service to clients. This proved a major incentive that has motivated us to improve performance and develop our human resources.

Development is what we focus on at all levels. Business growth requires staff who are as motivated as we are to do their best and as committed to achieving our shared objectives. Our law firm has always provided a sociable and convivial working environment where employees feel like members of one large family.

In the belief that any successful business is founded on capable and motivated people, we have instituted a tradition where, at the start of every new year, we acknowledge commitment, professionalism, and potential for growth. This year we resolved to introduce the position of Deputy Manager, aimed at junior staff we have recognised as future managers and team leaders. The new Deputy Managers will receive training in management to supplement their legal expertise.

In March 2022, Lawyers Jelena Plamenac and Marijana Biševac will advance to Senior Lawyers. In addition to the Civil Law Department, Jelena Plamenac will become responsible for developing the new Environmental Law Department, whilst Marijana Biševac will take on the role of Deputy Partner tasked with the Labour Law Department.

Senior Lawyer Jelisaveta Janić will assume the position of Deputy Partner in charge of the Banking and Finance Department.

Predrag Marković, who has completed his legal internship at our firm, and Expert Associate Dušan Čupić, will join the Banking and Finance Department, where their knowledge and expertise will be greatly appreciated.

Lawyer Danko Spahić will bring his extensive professional expertise to help grow the Real Estate and Construction Department.  

The Banking and Finance team has also been strengthened by the addition of new administrative support staff Vesna Bukvić Erceg, Andrea Drljević, and Julija Jasnova. Our new co-workers have already proven reliable and hard-working in their positions.

A knowledging that personal and professional development are key to success, we have entrusted responsibility for human resources, employee satisfaction, and team growth to Isidora Stefanović, who has joined the firm as HR Manager.

Young lawyers Dejan Radosavljević, Rastko Jovanović, Kristina Ivanić, Tanja Pisanjuk, and Radomir Moravac have taken the first steps in their legal careers at our firm. Their energy and clear vision of what they wanted to achieve as professional lawyers have won them places in our team. For our part, we are proud to have them on board and are certain they will prove an invaluable contribution to our firm.
