VP team advised the client in the acquisition of Diners Club BH
Team of the Law firm Vukovic &Partners advised the regional investor in problematic assets, the company ODM Collections, in the acquisition of the company Diners Club BH.
Diners Club BH is a card company for Diners Club credit card business in the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina. It was founded by the Croatian card company Erste Card Club (ECC), which in addition to franchise law for Croatia, has sub-franchise law for the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Company will continue to operate under the new name – DC BH.
The Law firm Vukovic & Partners advised the client through the process of legal analysis of the targeted company, preparation of the sales purchase agreement (SPA), and related legal procedures regarding the transfer of ownership over the company Diners Club BH.
