VP Law Firm advises client with purchase of an NPL portfolio in Montenegro
VP team advised a client from Montenegro, ODM Asset DOO Podgorica, in an NPL portfolio acquisition from Addiko Bank AD Podgorica as one of the leading Banks in Montenegro.
VP Law Firm advised client during the negotiation process, portfolio analysis, highlighting key legal issues, preparation of the LSPA as well as preparation of related legal matters regarding the transfer of claims to a new creditor.
