The VP team advised the client during the conclusion of the contract on the purchase of receivables
The team of the VP Law Firm recently, as a legal advisor, participated in the purchase of receivables between the company ODM Asset Ltd. Podgorica and the Croatian card company Erste Card Club (ECC). As a contract with a large nominal value, it required the involvement of our colleagues in all stages of the contract conclusion.
The company ODM Asset that professionally deals with the purchase of receivables, engaged our office in the process of legal analysis of receivables, preparation of the purchase agreement, as well as all other related legal tasks regarding the transfer of receivables to a new creditor.
The legal team of our office was led by lawyers Predrag Miladinović, Milica Mišić and Marina Šorak.
This transaction represents another type of successful cooperation with the ODM Asset company and proof that clients continue to place their trust in us and that together we are establishing a long-term business relationship, as a result of which the VP Law Firm will continue to represent the client in transactions throughout the country and the region in the future.
