VP Law Firm advised P&O Ports FZE, as a transferor, and DP World FZE, as a transferee, both with headquarters in Dubai, UAE, on the acquisition of 100 % of stocks which were issued by DP World ad Novi Sad.

P&O Ports FZE is a specialist company which manages small, multi-purpose ports including container terminals, bulk cargo and general cargo, while DP World FZE is the third largest operator in container terminal activities in the world, all under the governance of the Government of Dubai.

VP Law Firm advised the clients during the negotiation process, preparation of a legal due diligence report, drafting stocks transfer agreement, as well as representing the transferor and the transferee before the competent authorities and brokerage companies in order to register the transfer of stocks.
