VP Team Advised the Client in the Conclusion of a Purchase and Sale Agreement and a Debt Assignment Agreement
VP Law Firm’s team recently participated as legal advisors in the process of concluding a debt assignment agreement between the company ODM Asset doo Podgorica and Addiko Bank AD Podgorica. Given the significant nominal value of the contract, our colleagues actively participated in all stages of the contract conclusion process.
ODM Asset, a company specialized in debt acquisition, engaged our law firm in the legal analysis of claims, preparation of the purchase and sale agreement, debt assignment agreement, and all other related legal matters regarding the transfer of claims to a new creditor.
The legal team at our office was led by attorneys Predrag Miladinović, Milica Mišić, and Marina Šorak.
