VP Law Firm participated in the ‘Pravnijada’ law students conference held on Zlatibor from December 7th to 10th, 2023. Within this conference, members of our team held a panel discussion on the topic ‘Share transfer transactions in a company.’

The ‘Pravnijada’ law students conference is one of the largest events organized by the Student Parliament of the Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade. The conference is divided into sections, including international law, family law, civil law, constitutional law, criminal law, corporate and commercial law, and labor law sections, as well as trial simulation and oratory competitions.

It was a pleasure for us to provide young colleagues with insights into the practice of corporate and commercial law through examples and to address numerous questions and uncertainties regarding the legal profession.
