The VP Law Firm team recently, as legal advisors, participated in the process of concluding a debt purchase agreement between the company ODM Collection LLC Albania and the Albanian telecommunications company One Albania. One Albania stands out as the leading telecommunications operator in the country, holding a significant market share. Given the substantial nominal value of the agreement, it required legal support and the involvement of our colleagues in all stages of the conclusion.

ODM Collection, a company specializing in debt acquisition, engaged our office in the legal analysis of the debt, preparation of the purchase agreement, and all other relevant aspects related to the transfer of the debt to the new creditor.
