VP provided advice to ODM Collections doo of Belgrade in a transaction involving the purchase of water cooler devices and purchase of all accounts receivable arising from water cooler rental agreements from Knjaz Miloš Natura doo, Belgrade.

The VP team took an active part in negotiations with Knjaz Miloš Natura, seeking to safeguard its client’s interests and taking charge of all aspects of the transaction.
