Our team successfully participated in the realization of one of the largest real estate transactions on the Serbian market this year – the acquisition of the Tri Lista Duvana office building in Belgrade.

In this transaction, we represented the buyer, providing comprehensive support throughout the entire acquisition process. The Tri Lista Duvana building is one of the recognizable Class A office properties on the Belgrade market, offering approximately 8,300 m² of net lettable area spread across nine floors, with an exceptional location and a high construction standard.

The legal advisory services provided by VP Law Firm included conducting negotiations, preparing a legal due diligence of the business operations, drafting the sale and purchase agreement, obtaining merger control clearance for the implementation of the transaction, as well as completing the transaction before the competent authorities.
