Jelena graduated from the University of Belgrade Faculty of Law in 2002. After interning with a law firm, since 2007 she worked in corporate banking, initially at Societe Generale Bank, first as a Legal Advisor in the Legal Affairs Department, then as a Senior corporate Collection Specialist with the Risk Department, and then motving to OTP Bank Serbia as the Head of the Corporate Collection Service.

After OTP merged with VojvođanskaBanka, Jelena became Corporate Collection Co-ordinator and provided legal support to the Early Collection Service in the bank’s Legal Representation Department.

She joined the VP team in September 2023.
