THE AMENDMENTS TO THE LABOR LAW
Serbian Parliament adopted the amendments to the Labor Law. The amendments were published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia no. 75/2014 on 21st July 2014, and entered into force on 29th of July 2014.
Employers are obliged to harmonize their existing internal acts with the adopted
• amendments in terms stipulated by the amendments to the Labor Law:
• Existing Organization and Systematization Act within 60 days starting from the day on which the amendments entered into force (no later than 27th September 2014);
• Collective Agreement and the Rules of Procedure within 6 months starting from the day on which the amendments entered into force (no later than 29th January 2015).
