LAW ON INSPECTIONAL SUPERVISION

As of 30th April 2016, the Law on Inspectional Supervision (“Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia” No. 36/2015) which regulates the content, types and forms, as well as the procedure of the inspectional supervision, the powers and obligations of its participants and other issues of importance for inspectional supervision shall start to be implemented.
