THE INTERACTIVE PANEL ON THE SUBJECT OF APPLICATION OF THE NEW LAW ON ENFORCEMENT AND SECURITY
The interactive panel on the subject of application of the new Law on Enforcement and Security with emphasis on the influence of the law on economy of Republic of Serbia, under the auspices of Regional Chamber of Comerce Krusevac with support of USAID’s Serbia Business Enabling Project, was held on 20 October 2016 in Krusevac. Among representatives of Magistrate Court in Krusevac, Chamber of executors, Regional Chamber of Commerce Krusevac, Erste bank, Dejan Vukovic lawyer and partner at the law firm Vukovic and Partners AOD Belgrade, took part in the panel as lecturer.
Dejan Vukovic contributed to interactivity and dynamism of the held panel since he has rich practical experience in the area of enforcement and security. Through an open discussion with other panellists and participants Dejan has pointed out the most important advantages and disadvantages brought by the new Law on Enforcement and Security.
In desire to contribute to raising awareness regarding the implementation of the new law and also the impact on the economy of the Republic of Serbia, law firm Vukovic and Partners will in the future take part in this kind of public discussions because we find them to be very useful, helpful and significant for improvement of enforcement and security system, which is a key step towards legal security and the basis for the growth and development of the economy.
