NALEDS 12TH EDITION OF THE GREY BOOK WAS PRESENTED

At the XII Annual Conference on Economic Reforms, NALED presented the twelfth edition of the Gray Book, which contains 100 recommendations to ministries, local governments and other line institutions in order to reduce bureaucratic obstacles to doing business in Serbia.

In creating recommendations contained in the 12th edition of the Gray Book, Vukovic and partners law firm had a role of the contributor. Team members who were directly involved in the project were Predrag Miladinovic, partner and manager of the Banking and Finance department, senior attorney at law Visnja Mandic, as well as attorneys Jelisaveta Janjic and Aleksandra Draganic.

“Through our work with clients, we have identified the problems encountered in doing business in the Republic of Serbia and through the recommendations in the Gray Book we have provided some suggestions for solutions in the areas of foreign exchange reforms, digitalization of court proceedings, reforms in the area of protection of financial services users and bankruptcy reforms,” said Predrag Miladinovic, partner.

The previous 2019 was successful year in matter of reforms having in mind that 17 recommendations of the Gray Book were implemented, which is the best result in the last five years and 40% more than the previous issue.
