VP team advises client in acquisition of PepsiCo’s distressed debt portfolio in Serbia and Bosnia-Herzegovina
The Vuković & Partners team advised ODM Collections in its purchase of the distressed debt portfolio of PepsiCo Group members in Serbia and Bosnia-Herzegovina.
Vuković & Partners assisted the client with due diligence of the portfolio, helped draw up the purchase agreements, and provided advice for the associated legal transactions.
The VP legal team was headed by attorneys-at-law Predrag Miladinović and Jelisaveta Janić.
