Predrag Miladinović, senior partner and manager of Banking and Finance department in Vuković and partners Law firm has been appointed vice president of the Association of Claims Management Companies of Serbia / ACMCS.
Within the management of the Association, alongside Predrag Miladinović, Ms. Kristina Prijović was elected on behalf of B2 Holding Kapital LLC as vice president, as well as Ms. Jelena Jović Milentijević as president on behalf of EOS Matrix LLC.
Association of Claims Management Companies of Serbia / ACMCS is a professional association founded in July 2021 with the primary goal of improving the profession. The focus of the Association is on introducing and promoting adherence to ethical standards and integrity in this type of business, improving the legislative framework of the industry, as well as creating a single and efficient market for managing problematic claims.
