The VP team advised the client in the acquisition of portfolio of problematic receivables, from the leading European investor in problematic assets
The VP Law Firm team advised its client, ODM Asset, in the purchase of the leading European distressed asset investor non-performing loan (NPL) portfolio with a face value of over 3 million euros.
VP Law Firm assisted its client with due diligence of the portfolio, helped draw up the purchase agreement, and provided advice with the legal transactions required for transfering title to the collateral to the new creditor.
The VP legal team consisted of attorneys-at-law Predrag Miladinović, Miloš Marinković, Milica Mišić and Vasilisa Pejović.
VP Law Firm will continue to represent ODM Asset in transactions in Montenegro.
