VP Law Firm provides legal advice for first large bank portfolio purchase in Montenegro
The VP Law Firm team advised ODM Asset doo Podgorica in its purchase of the large portfolio of Crnogorska Komercijalna Banka, a member of the OTP Group.
Our team performed due diligence of the portfolio, drafted the sale and purchase agreement with a nominal value exceeding 3 million euros, and provided advice in connection with the transfer of collateral to ODM Asset doo Podgorica.
