VP team advised the client in the acquisition of a portfolio of problematic debtor claims from a leading Serbian insurance company
The VP Law Firm team advised the client, the company ODM Collections ltd Belgrade, in the transaction of the purchase of a portfolio of problematic claims with a nominal value of more than 15 million euros, from the company Dunav osiguranje jsc, a leading Serbian insurance company.
Our team advised the client in the process of legal analysis of the portfolio, preparation of the sales contract, as well as related legal matters regarding the transfer of collateral to a new creditor.
