VP Law Firm advises client with acquisition of NPL portfolio for multiple MK Group member companies
The VP team advised the client, ODM Collections doo of Belgrade, with the purchase of an NPL portfolio with a nominal value exceeding 8 million euros.
Our lawyers provided legal advisory services, drafted the purchase agreement, and provided support with related transactions to assign the accounts receivable to the new creditor.

The transaction, which involved signing simultaneous agreements with 17 MK Group companies, posed a major logistical challenge. Its successful completion continues our long-standing collaboration with ODM Collections.
