Predrag Miladinović re-elected Vice President of AKUPS, Association of Serbian Debt Management Companies
Predrag Miladinović, Managing Partner at VP Law Firm, has been re-elected Vice-President of the Association of Serbian Debt Management Companies (AKUPS).
AKUPS is a professional association founded in July 2021 with the primary aim of helping to improve the debt management profession. It focuses on introducing and promoting compliance with ethical standards and integrity in the industry, enhancing the statutory framework governing the sector, and helping to create a single, efficient market for managing distressed debt.
The Association was founded by debt management firms EOS Matrix, B2 Holding Kapital, ODM Collections, APS doo, Svea Finance, Mellon Serbia, and Progress Partners International.
This is Mr Miladinović’s second term of office as AKUPS Vice President of Legal Affairs.
