VP Law Firm has participated in XXXI meeting of Association for Business Lawyers of Serbia
Participating in XXXI meeting of Association for Business Lawyers of Serbia, Attorney at Law Jelena Plamenac has presented a scientific paper, written in co-authorship with Uroš Novaković, PhD, professor at Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade with the topic: „Agreement on the division of joint property and – protection of creditors and (or) freedom of disposal of spouses“.
The scientific paper was written with purpose to scientifically process inconsistencies and vagueness that have been observed through work in practice in the field of joint property of spouses and common-law partners and their relationship with creditors. The paper points to the need for further research into this issue and the potential adoption of new legal solutions.
