VP Law Firm advised client on acquisition of IT company in Serbia
VP Law Firm advised the company Sava Re from Slovenia on the acquisition of 100 % of the shares in the company Application Software Partner doo Beograd (ASP).
Sava Re is control company of Sava Group of companies, whereas the business activities of this group of companies are present in the states of Southeast Europe and include reinsurance, life, non-life, pension and health insurance. The aim of acquisition 100% shares in ASP, whose services are related to the IT sector, concerns primarily the consolidation and strengthening of the IT sector within the Sava Group.
VP Law Firm advised client during the negotiation process, preparation of a legal due diligence report, drafting SPA, obtaining merger clearances for transaction before competition authorities of Serbia, Montenegro, Kosovo and North Macedonia, as well as registration the transaction before the competent authorities.
VP Law Firm was led by partner Dejan Plamenac and attorney at law Igor Joksovic, while senior attorney at law Marijana Biševac participated in the transaction procedure, and attorneys at law Vasilisa Pejović, Besim Parduzi and Daniela Todorovska as well, who provided support concerning merger clearances in Montenegro, Kosovo and North Macedonia.
