VP Law Firm took a part in 36th meeting of Kopaonik School of Natural Law – Slobodan Perović. This year, our Law Firm was represented by Jelena Plamenac, Senior Attorney at Law and Civil Issues Department manager. Jelena presented her paper: „The Right of the Child to Maintain Personal Relations with the Parent with Whom the Child Does Not Live“ in the section: Protection of Personality from the Aspect of Family Law, Freedom of Personality, Department: Right to Freedom.

The work of the section passed in a lively discussion related to various current topics of Family Law, as surrogate motherhood, the procedure of biomedically assisted fertilization and comparison of domestic legal solutions and practices with neighboring countries, especially neighbors from the Republic of North Macedonia. The work of the section and the discussion were attended by judges, lawyers, professors of domestic and foreign Law Faculties, as well as colleagues who deal with criminal law related to the protection of children’s rights.
