In a recent significant transaction, the VP Law Firm team provided key legal advice to their long-standing client, ODM Collections, during the process of purchasing a portfolio of receivables worth a total of RSD 215 million.

ODM Collections, as a leading company in the field of collection and purchase of receivables, achieved its first cooperation with a renowned company for consulting and management – Agroinvest Fund. After detailed negotiations, the transaction was successfully concluded, and Agroinvest Fund handed over to the company ODM Collections a portfolio consisting of about 4,000 receivables worth a total of RSD 215 million.

The legal team of our office played a key role in this process, providing the client with a comprehensive legal analysis of claims, representation and negotiation, preparation of contracts as well as implementation of all related legal work related to the transfer of claims to a new creditor.
