Irena graduated from the Thirteenth Secondary School of Belgrade, going on to obtain her degree in International Law from Belgrade University Faculty of Law in 2022.

She joined the VP team in November 2023.

After completing her internship at VP Law Firm she passed her Judiciary Examination in 2025 and her Bar Examination in 2026.
