Magdhalini started her career as a junior lawyer during her last year of postgraduate studies at Cili & Partners Law Firm, where she specialized in real estate law.

In 2015 she joined the team of Financial and Legal Solutions as Senior Lawyer. She was offered the position of Litigation Lawyer, where she would be responsible for debt collection trial cases, commercial law, real estate disputes, as well as acting as a legal advisor. She also worked with Strati bailiff’s office, where she was responsible for enforcement procedures which further helped shape her professional growth.

In 2017 she joined One Telecommunications as Staff Attorney, where she gained extensive experience with non-performing assets, sales, local taxes, and the like, as well as in disputes before public authorities, drafting sales contracts and amendments, and providing advice regarding claims and liabilities involving third parties.
