Stefan received his undergraduate law degree from Belgrade University Faculty of Law, after which he enrolled in a master’s course in Civil Law, specialising in Property Law, with the same school. He joined the VP team in December 2022.

In 2026, he successfully completed the judiciary exam and the bar exam.
