LAW ON LEGALIZATION BUILDINGS

Serbian Parliament adopted a new Law on Legalization of Buildings that will allow subsequent issuance of constructional and exploitation permit for buildings that were illegally built till 01.11.2013., that is, until the entry into force of the Law on Legalization of Buildings with payment of fees for urban development land to local self- government.
