THE RULEBOOK ON MANNER OF INTERNAL WHISTLE-BLOWING

On 13th June 2015 The Rulebook on Manner of Internal Whistle-blowing, Manner of Appointing an Authorized Person and Other Questions that are Important for Whistle blowing at Employer who Employs more than ten Employees (“Official Gazette of Republic of Serbia”, No 49/2015) entered into force.

We remind you that 4th December 2015 is deadline to pass general act regarding internal whistle-blowing procedure at employer who has more than ten employees, in accordance with Law on Protection of Whistle-blowers.
