Government of Republic of Serbia issued Decision on the Temporary Protection in the Republic of Serbia of Displaced Persons from Ukraine
Citizens of Ukraine and their family members who have stayed in Ukraine, i.e. asylum seekers, stateless persons and foreigners, as well as their family members who had their protection granted in Ukraine, permanent or temporary residence in Ukraine and who cannot return to the country of origin, have temporary protection in Republic of Serbia by Decision of Serbian Government, within 1 year.
All mentioned persons are entitled to reside in Republic of Serbia, to have access to healthcare, ability for employment, education, freedom of religion and accommodation, as well as legal help under certain conditions.
